Fitness Classes

Kelly O’Shea offers an 8 week fitness program which includes 2 classes per week.

The classes are geared towards a full body workout and include:

  • Cardio
  • Circuit Training
  • Ab workout
  • Flexibility
  • Muscle Toning

Classes are one hour long. 2 classes per week. Cost: $64.00 for 8 week session. $5.00 Registration fee.
